Our experience at DHDL

On August 25, 2025, I had the pleasure of presenting SITLIT®, the first mobile high chair, on the VOX startup show “Die Höhle der Löwen”.
It was a unique opportunity to present my idea to millions of viewers and experienced investors.

The criticism – and our response

The show criticized our previous Kickstarter campaign.
Carsten Maschmeyer and Frank Thelen criticized us for canceling the campaign.

Our view:
The abortion was a conscious decision – out of responsibility to parents.
SITLIT® is intended for children from 6 months to 3 years old. A wait of a year or more would have been unfair. Therefore, we decided to stop early rather than break our promises.

Important: The money was never debited. So, no one paid.

What happened next

Since recording, we have made important progress:
– Production was reorganized
– Design improvements
– Transparent communication for all parents
