Shipping and delivery costs

There are no shipping costs for orders in Switzerland and the European Union.

Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible.

Information on returns can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.

Place of dispatch

Orders from Switzerland are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland. Orders from the European Union are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Delivery address

We deliver to the delivery address you provide. Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is stated for each item in our online shop. Our GTC apply to delivery delays.

Pre-orders

Goods that have not yet been released or are not yet available can be ordered as a pre-order. They are marked accordingly in the shop. The stated delivery time is non-binding and may change. We ship pre-orders as soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse. We will inform you of any delays; otherwise, our GTC apply.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries within Switzerland and within the European Union, there are no additional customs or import fees. In particular, you will not be charged customs duties or import VAT. This does not apply to deliveries to territories that belong to the EU but are not part of the EU customs territory or VAT area.
